sleeperz crane is coming down
could this spark other activity in the area - or am I clutching at straws!!

here's really hoping! according to what ive heard, this is what must happen before work can commense on the central hotel site, so it's almost certain (or so says my optimism!) |

Ok in these 'troubled' times I'm with you on a bit of optimism... The new central hotel to show absolute signs of starting in the next coupla weeks. My old mate the glass needle to at long last commence in october Exciting news on plans for cardiff arms park - perhaps 'the starscream arena!!' Demolition of the old echo building within the next month or so. OK that'll do for now!! it's amazing how positive a bit of sun and stella artois can make you!! hic

Great picture, Paul. Any idea how much those fellas sitting on the jib get paid? I wouldn't like to be up there, with the thing supported (as far as I can see) only by another crane. |

I wandered past this morning and saw the crane coming down. The developers must have already spent a fortune on the place, the foundations are already in place and they are massive. I can't believe they won't actually build the thing after all that effort and money. |
