Sigh! Another reason not to bother with Cardiff airport
You know, much as I wish Cardiff was a zap pow serious international airport, I do resign myself to the fact that its niche is catering for cheap flights abroad for everyday folk. Now it seems it can't even get that simple process right.... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/7518267.stm |

You can blame the airport(tour operator) to some extent, but for god sake will people take responsibility for their own lives. We boarded a plane a fell asleep and woke up in Turkey, yeah. PA Announcement: This is your Captain; our route will take us over France then Italy, Greece and we will arrive at XXX airport in Turkey in four hours. Mr Dull to Mrs Dull. Oh that's a strange way to get to Landerrottey |

All that is at fault is one dippy air hostess and a seriously stupid family. As has been said above on EVERY flight they tell you what countries you are going to fly over and generally start with "on our way to #######". Doesn't the fact that they want to appear in the newspaper with their story tell you everything ? Personally I would be ashamed of myself and wouldn't even want my mates to know. |
