2s Demolish Hawarden

Marchwiel would have been delighted to beat the rain and pick up 10 points in what will probably end up being the shortest match of the season.
Upon Winning the toss, DB was quick to put Hawarden into bat- hopeing to bowl them out cheaply before the evenings promised showers. However even he could not have expected wht came next....
DB having claimed a wicket with the second ball of the day- went on to finish with figures of 5-11. Tommy Bellis(2-15) and PB(2-2) provided excellent support, as Hawarden were skittled for 30, inside 17 overs!!!
Rhys Ryder(15*) and Phill Tully(17*) knocked off the runs without loss- ensuring a 10-0 point split.
This victory should see the 2s into 2nd position.

Top Win Boys! Can Smell division 2! Only 2 points off second place now. Couple more big wins and we´ll be there. Upset the odds and beat Menai Bridge at their place next week and we´ll be there. Well bowled skip. A run out aswell, keeping up the high standard in the feild. Same again next saturday!

Are Tommy Bellis and Mozza first or second team players? Will be interesting to see where they play next week.

Re: 2s Demolish Hawarden

Tom Bellis hasn´t played saturday cricket in over a year and will more than likely start for the 2´s this saturday. Backfired
