Message:   All your readers and those people buying new properties in the Villages BEWARE An unscroupulous Lawn Service compayn are mis writing Contracts for their service. thus leaving the housholder uncovered for damage to their lawns. They offer 2 contracts, put all the "services" costs on the "Termite Contract" and then put "FREE" in the lawn service box. When you ahve a serious problem as I did you then discover that these services are free and they wont give you your money back. I know we should have re-read the cotnract when signing but the saleman assured us it was OK. We lost our lawn and six months contract payments which they kept and didnt have to pay back or make good their damage.

BEWARE ALL housholders.... the name of the company iof you can print it is SUPERIOR SERVICES OCALA. We gave this case to the Seniors against crime office but the havent been able to speak to amyone at the company yet. PLEASE BE CAREFUL everyone.
