A new website!!
Hello to everybody (but actually nobody yet) I'm starting this forum because of the diet I have started almost 4 months ago. Dukan has changed my life!! Dudugirl and duduboy are the words I invented to call people who are doing the Dukan diet. I feel that being a dudugirl is something very special! I've met great people!!! Some are really my friends! Today, with this site, I would like to extend my experience to more than French speaking people! At the same time, I do not know wether the site will work, so it's still kept secret...only one person knows about it! I just texted her! (I hope you will like the idea...) Good luck to allthose who are fighting lbs and kg!!! |

Hi my favourite dudugirls and to everybody that might read this message someday... I've been on the dukan diet for as long as sam's been. It's deadly and I would definitly advise it to anyone wanting to loose weight quite quickly but surely. Hope you'll get plenty of new non-french speaking people. All the best |

The best diet ever ? I'm inclined to agree but I'm prejudiced... Hi I'm Vic, a dudugirl from Switzerland. I met Samoussa on a french diet forum and I'm here to support her with all my heart. I share the same experience, having lost about 40 pounds in less than three month, without pills, frustration or damage to my health. Her intention is a very generous one, I hope to see a lot of visitors and a lot of talk here. See you soon !

Hey Samoussa1 I'm new around here, have just heard about the Dukan Diet from a friend of mine in Romania, and I'm really interested in learning more about it. But... I'd like to know if there's a possibility that this site would work in any other browsers as well (e.g. mozilla), as so far I can only surf it using IE, and it's really offhand as I'm not an user of IE. Let me know if you can do it... and btw, this diet looks good ;) I'd like to become one of the dudugirls :P Waiting on an answer... and... to more lbs/kgs lost! Thanks, Emi |

Welcome to you, I'm happy that you are starting Dukan! Unfortunately, this website is the only one in English as Dukan is a French diet. I do not understand the problem with the server. I do not have any problem to come here with mozilla. Hope it goes better! I could not update the site! I lost more than 30 kilos! So Dukan works! I hope you will get all those kilos off! Take care! |

Hi from Bulgaria! :) I am starting a page in Bulgarian about the Dukan (Protal) diet. I am very happy with it, having lost almost 20 pounds in 1 month 2 days but I do have lots and lots more to lose. Good luck to you, ladies - lat's support each other along the way :) |
