Thanks
I have diprobase & aqueous cream too. I've been using the aqueous for washing & diprobase to moisturise. However, I am sure that they will be no good for washing my hair! Will try Linda's suggestion of using a protective layer before washing my hair. I never really got on with showering my whole body with just cream.
I was looking at some organic sls/paraben etc free ranges, & am not sure if these are any better. I bought today some Naked shampoos and will see if this is less harsh than the stuff I normally use.
I too have not had a biopsy yet. I was told I had thrush again late last year, & when it did not improve again, I kept going back to the clinic until they finally decided I had an inflamation & was given 1% hydrocortisone. Another doctor thought then that I might have LS, but her superior overuled her. They actually argued whilst I was in stirrups still!
The hydrocortisone hasn't really been helping, but rather than go back and face that particular humiliation again, I waited until I was going into hospital for another routine colposcopy & asked that doctor. I was diagnosed by sight immediately, & he also said LS was very common.
I was told if the dermovate wasn't improving matters in 3 months, then I'd have a biopsy done. Good luck for yours on 1st Linda.
