Hi Josie
If you look on the home page there is a link to the channel 4 TV programme Embarassing Illnesses which shows you how to check your vulva. My LS is managed at the local GU clinic, if you have any doubts, please make an appointment to go along and see them, they can then put your mind at ease. They don't just treat STI's, so don't be embarrased. They will should fit you in quite quickly as well. The sooner you get it checked, the better. BTW, I am also in the UK, so I hope this helps.
