I have just found this site, I watched "embaressing bodies" the other night and thought I should realy try to understand a bit more about my condition.
I am 38 and have had LS since teens. I wasn't diagnosed untill a biospy about 7 years ago. I only got sorted out because a midwife realised somthing wasn't quite right.
I use a steroid cream somtimes, often I just use "yes" lubricant, I can recomend the oil based one, (the water based one is better for sex)  aparently it promotes healing of sore skin!!!
I suffered painful intercouse for years luckily thats better now thanks to a very understanding hubby.I use a small size vibrater thats worked wonders, I was going to get dilators, but i figered what the heck might as well enjoy the stretching 
I had c sections with both my kids, so "down below" things are ok, although after watching the vulva examination I realise my skin is pretty much fused there.
I have some soreness at the mo so I had better sort that out tonight and get some cream on, I guess as women we tend to look after everyone but ourselves.
Glad to have found this sight, I now dont feel so alone
