Coming from someone who has known Mr Dagstine and his body of work for a good number of years, I could find no proof of what you said in the links you provided. I studied it closely. The other individuals in this Other Dark Place seem a very volatile lot who jumped on Mr Dagstine for whatever cause is none of our business.
I could find nothing about Asimovs, or any legal disputes in the pudding about so-called copyright infringements or that Mr Dagstine is lying about a publisher. Instead, I sensed a lot of hate and scorn from the thread. I saw other such threads that poked and prodded at people and events. And you being rude towards Mr Dagstine in this here forum, and your continuous distaste for his grammar which, for some strange reason, you seem to have a fascination with.
On a personal note, I've never had such a problem with the man's grammar when I've published him. And in this field, this is what editors are for.
So yes, FYI, you are trying to be a jerk. |
