Going back to work with twins
Hello everyone, i recently gave birth to twin boys and they have been a handfull to say the least. Basically keeping hubby and myself up all night with general feeding, changing, fussing and also bouts of colic. Although there are still afew weeks to go in my maternity leave, i beginning to worry about leaving my boys at home when i go back to work. My in-laws have been helpfull and the maid is slowly being trained but i've heard such horror stories about leaving babies with maids and those were for singletons. Twins would meant double trouble I'll like to know how other moms dealt with returning to work when their babies were only 2-3mth old. Most importantly, will i always need at least two caregiver at home, maid and someone else. |

Yes, it's good to always have someone else like your in laws to be around with the maid rather than leaving your maid alone in the house with the twins. My maid used to tell me that she can cope with the twins, so we had tried leaving her alone with the twins a few times. But we later found out that she actually couldn't cope with it and she was just trying to please us and maybe to prove her performance. Do not even trust those maids with twins experience. Nobody would easily handle stress of two crying babies. |
