Message:		Greetings, I am Kevin Santee, I am from the United States and now I have lived on the Island of Margarita for two years. It has been a wonderful and peaceful adventure for me that I recommend to all for vacations and for some to live here also. I feel total at ease and safe here. The people of Margarita are warm and friendly and open to visitors from other lands. I am fully aware that there has been negative statements about the safety of the island. I feel safer walking around the island then I do walking in NYC or Chicago and I have walked both. Many negative comments made about Venezuela are purely polictical and reflect views of government officials and not the peaceful and laid back people of Margarita. Please come to the island and see for yourself the true adventure and forgotten Pearl of the Sea.
