Message:		He notado que quitaron el mostrador que tenian en Rattan Plaza, seguro por la cantidad de quejas! Finalmente durante la 2ª quincena de Abril visitamos la oficina principal en Porlamar para solicitar devolucion de dinero lo cual hicieron inmediatamente en efectivo y sin ninguna disculpa por su falta total de servicio. Dentro de las oficinas hay varios letreros solicitando paciencia de los clientes y que no usen palabras feas.... Obviamente hay muchos clientes descontentos con el pesimo servicio...
