Benefits Help Line Problem

Why is it that the company's benefit help line will only help the people on the companies (CIGNA) health plan. When called, they say they do not know anything about our health plan and that we have to call Horizon. That could be a real pain. It would be nice to be able to get answers to questions without having to call Horizon. We're empoyees to and should have the same resources available to us as the non-local 424 people do.

Wow, segregation of employees at the gas company? I'm surprised. Different company, same treatment. It would be nice to have all employees treated equally. No scratch that, management gets treated worse, just ask any of them..lol.
