Ukrainian Club Soccer Roster
Team Ukraine Needs YOU! The Society of International Undergrads is putting together a World Cup Soccer Tournament between all the international clubs on campus. What they don't know is that the Ukrainian club has been practicing and are sweet... so we will dominate of course! We need to submit a roster of our team in order to be eligible to play. Everyone who is interested in playing, post a reply to this post and put your name down. The games will be played April 15-16. If you can make just one day, that is fine as well. Just write what day you can. Reply quick since spots are limited. PS..... Victory party will be at karpaty... OF COURSE!! Sincerely, Adrian Podpirka |

Always ready to defend for Ukrainian team. I am in for both days I can play almost any position, best in defence or semi-defence. Would not recoment myself as goalkeeper. What is the size of teams? Where would we play? |

As the second coolest ukrainian on campus, I feel that it is my responsibility, nay, my duty, to partake in this once in a lifetime opportunity. Anybody know if we can get the klitschko's and vovchanchyn to play? Anyway...let the world domination begin... |

Are very very recent alumni allowed to play? If so, I'll try to make both days... though Saturday might not work for me, Sunday should be a definite. |

Ukraine in World Cup
Ukraine has just defeated Denmark in World Cup qualification, which puts it in a very good position to qualify for the World Cup for the first time, ever. This is a good omen for us, since Ukraine has also dominated in the World Cup for the Homeless(!) and World Cup fot the Partially Sighted(!). Now we surely will dominate our local World Cup. So, as Adrian would say: Sweet. And by sweet I mean totally awesome!!! |
