Rhondda Cynon Taff Council Shouting WOLF again because it did not want to grit the Rhigos mountain road
The Rhigos Mountain Road was perfectly safe with no snow or ice on it on Tuesday Morning at 7 a.m. But when did it open? Why was it closed?
They keep on shouting wolf but when should you believe them.
