if
it's about Cardiff..
Sport, Entertainment, Transportation, Business,
Development Projects, Leisure, Eating, Drinking,
Nightlife, Shopping, Train Spotting! etc.. then we want it here!
I don't get to Cardiff very often but will be there for a few days next week. Our daughter has just turned two and we want to do lots she will enjoy.
Currently on the agenda:
Techniquest (I remember when it opened!)
1-2-3 Jump
Parc Play
Toddler ice skating at Planet Ice
Roath Park
Barry Island beach (a colleague was there the other week and said beach itself was lovely)
Penarth beach
Anyone got any other tips? Bear in mind we will be relying solely on public transport.
Re: Best things to do in Cardiff with a 2 year old
National Museum in Cathays Park would be my first as its free
Llandaf fields playground then watching the horses in Pontcanna riding school.
Take a boat from Bute Park to Penarth.
Alexandra Park in Penarth and the pier
Thornhill farm and shop, there are animals to get close to.
Smiths toys.
Bute park has many carved animals to discover.
The owls at Cardiff castle
