Do you think it is about time that Swansea and Newport become part of Cardiff? It would make one very large city surely rivalling London . After all, they are both in Wales so there would be no problem. What do you think?

I'm not sure why people feel the need to comment on threads/about threads they think are irrelevant or puerile. Surely the best policy is just to ignore? Ironically that is exactly what I have failed to do on this occasion.......

However, Glen, we have a titanic troll who straddles both boards in the form of Jantra/Feedback/Marmite. His trolling is legendary and has recently spawned a form of 'meta-trolling' on CCMB in which posters start contentious threads about the unloveable accountant. Ironically, he invariably posts on these threads with his customary lack of self-awareness. He can troll about any subject but his main interests are the 'crapness' of Wales, the uselessness of the public sector, the incompetence of the Welsh Labour party/government, the brilliance of Germany, the incestuous behaviour of 'our friends down west', the Stone Roses, HMRC, mediocre dance music from his halcyon days and of course his love of that northern bag o shite, Manchester.

All very predictable and quite tedious but also fascinating from a behavioural/psychological perspective.

I would love Llantrisant to annexed by Cardiff, I hate being ruled by the numpty socialists at RCT council.

Who do you think is running Cardiff? It's a bunch of socialists; the elected members AND many of the officers.

I think valleys socialists are different breed of dumb socialists than in Cardiff of course being a part of Cardiff would give us hope of being run by a non Labour council.

Surely there's the possibility that annexing Llantrisant would increase the chances of a labour run council in Cardiff as much as Llantrisant getting a non-Labour one?
