So, i guess we can chuck things down here while other longer threads are out of action.
The bar that was once the old library and changed its name to some kind of sports bar has changed its name again. What will it take for someone to establish as long term formula there?
I'm not so sure, I think it is a fair assumption to make and time will tell whether Cardiff has got what it takes to propel itself into the top tier of UK cities.
