Re: Forum technical problem for Management?

It's nothing that the "management" could sort out. It's a Bravenet issue.

What exactly is a "Back end Fetch"?

Location: Stretham

Re: Forum technical problem for Management?

Back end fetch failure probably just means that for whatever reason your desk top device (PC, IPAD or other gizmo) was unable to access the service that is running the website or "back end!". This could be due to all manner of reasons e.g. the network link is disconnected, probably only temporary which explains that it seems to work next time. If it happens so much as to be a nuisance it may be worth checking out your network connections.

Re: Forum technical problem for Management?

Hugh - I had the message for the first time yesterday. Almost certainly a Bravenet server issue.

Re: Forum technical problem for Management?

David. Thanks for the reply but 503 is definitely a web site server issue and not a problem caused at the User end. So I wouldn't like people to start looking at their network config or anything else 'local' to try and cure this..

cheers
