Help with ID TAG - search for who built the car...

Hello chaps,
So I have my seven special home, I've found a small ali ID plate on the water tank, does anyone know it ? I guess its not a builders ID as the PO would have seen it...

If it was on the Radiator header tank, it refers to the radiator manufacturer Serck.
