Chemical resistant gloves

Clearly not an Austin 7 related question, but certainly appropriate to the target audience.

Does anyone have a recommendation for chemical resistant gloves, in particular, ones that can resist cellulose thinners? Occasionally, I like to use cellulose thinners for stripping small areas of paint and grease, always working outdoors to minimise inhalation of the fumes. However, any gloves that I have used in the past tended to disintegrate fairly rapidly, hence I'm looking to find out what others might recommend.

Any info gratefully received.

Re: Chemical resistant gloves

Professional painters use nitrile disposable gloves (though they say they shouldn't be used with acetone) however, I haven't had any problems so far!

Re: Chemical resistant gloves

The blue nitrile one are a little flimsy I find. Black Mamba are a more substantial glove and will last much longer.

Many thanks for the info, Ivor and Duncan. I'll give those a try.
