Kangarooing chummy

I'm close to putting a 4 sale sign on Hugo!!! Dam you
painted restorations!!! Amongst the many things I'm
having to sort with Hugo the most annoying is his over
sensitive accelerator!!!! Can drive on hand throttle
but try using the foot pedal.... you are kangarooing in no time!!!
At my wits end...

Offer me a solution or shoot me!!!!

Try fitting an additional, much stronger, throttle return spring.

I find that it helps to keep the right foot jammed/steadied against the side of the scuttle.
