These people want locking up, they're the reason those with genuine cars/chassis are now struggling to register them.

If it wasn’t for the DVLA situation for registering rebuilt cars & specials there wouldn’t be a market for the sale of log books. The frustration of not being able to drive ones rebuilt car after years of work may just lead to the temptation. Still hopeful that I can register my special when finished.
