1934 Arrow for sale in Italy

http://www.subito.it/auto/austin-rover-altro-modello-anni-30-pisa-183572510.htm

Is this one known? A bit pricey at €30,000 especially at today's exchange rate, but if you really want one, where else will you find it?

Edit: Should do my research first! Looks like it's probably OY 8726 (on the Register as being in Italy, and white in colour).

Re: 1934 Arrow for sale in Italy

Talking of values of Austin Sevens, was the sale of the Bantam Roadster at Gooding & Co, at Phoenix, Arizona the highest ever? $US90,200 - don't know whether there was a buyer premium or not. The sale was reported in The Automobile of April 2012, with no comment. There was an Ulster at the same sale, sold for $US30,800, and there were vehicles such as Duesenberg which were well into seven figures. I believe the Bantam was well restored, but don't know the condition of the Ulster. Those in the American Bantam fraternity regard the sale as a bit of a fluke, with the real value being more like $50,000. Anyway with that in mind it makes the Arrow look like a bargain, as it looks to be in pretty good order judging by the picture.

No comment on the Arrow, but the Bantam was overpriced. And the Ulster did not appear to be a genuine one, but an Ulsteroid.
