Im after reprints of a handbook and parts list for a mid 1938 Ruby. Are these availible anywhere to buy?. Im after hard copies not pdf

A7 components have a '38 parts list, but only a handbook for the ARQ Ruby.

The A7CA Archive 'Handbooks and Parts Lists' section has a copy of the Ruby Saloon September 1936 Handbook 1400b, March 1938 Handbook 1400f Supp and October 1938 Parts List, Ch 277000 onwards, all available to view and print.

Hedd I can supply a good 1586 Oct 37 spare parts or a reprint 1586A oct 38 spare parts mint
1725 is the sept 38 handbook but I have no spare. cheers Russell

Squeek. I'll be in touch. Chassis number of the car in question is 285999. Registered March 1938. I think it has cable rear brakes, not rod. I need to confirm. This is the main difference between 1586 and 1586a Parts lists.

I think handbook 1400E is the one I want

Hedd I can't vouch for handbook 1400 E as it must be pretty scarce, but handbook 1400 F march 38 is still listing rear cable brakes.
1725 sept 38 does indeed have rod rear brakes listed. hope this is useful, squeak

Someone has put several handbooks on Ebay ,there is a late handbook listed there (232225840326) which is 185A .It says on the cover it is from Ch 249701 to 290576 so the chassis number you quoted will be in there.
