Well Reckers, the registration was certainly issued by Southport in 1931, as WM 5912 was issued at the beginning of January 1931 and WM 7115 at the beginning of January 1932. I'm sure you'll have already checked and found it's not on the Chassis Register. DVLA have it as Untaxed in a RED box - tax was due 24 August 2016 and therefore it's not SORN'd as it should be - DVLA have it as first registered June 1931.

The Southport registration records are presumed destroyed.
