AC Petrol Pump threads

Can anyone please advise me of the thread type used on the inlet and outlet ports on the T type AC petrol pump.
The actual union has a BSP thread on the outer connection and an unknown thread on the inner part (the piece that screws into the pump) this is the one I am looking for.

Thank you

Re: AC Petrol Pump threads

Probably 1/2 inch SAE, (now UNF) 20 tpi

(Incidentally this thread is slightly larger than the 12mm on 26VA carbs and near identical pitch and often a saviour.)

Re: AC Petrol Pump threads

Bob, Thank you for the advice, the 1/2" UNF whilst not exact worked fine.

The SAE thread (and the old ANF) is cut slightly deeper than its successor/s; precise female threads may need easing with a drill to fit UNF.I presume old carbs are SAE but dunno if strictly retained for later.
