Scary Stuff

From the (Google translated) blurb for the National Oldtimer Day, Lelystad 2017:

adopted Erfgoedwet mobile heritage

In mid-June 2016 was adopted shortly before the summer recess in parliament the Erfgoedwet. This law is the protection of mobile heritage regulated in our country and we can be happy. The government has now stipulated that historical vehicles are part of the national heritage. Not only vehicles which are owned museum but also the vehicles collected from private owners and collectors and to be cherished. The law now says a historic vehicle must be at least 30 years old, is in the hands of a lover, most original state must retain, is maintained at a historically responsible manner and is not used as a means of daily transport or transport. This definition elements prevent confusion between recognized mobile heritage and old vehicles. The Minister will recognize the National Register Mobile heritage which is of great importance for the repair, restoration and conservation of classic automobile and its impressive world-wide history.

'is not used as a means of daily transport or transport.'
Would appear to imply that you can't drive it around - after all if you are driving it, it is transporting you...... next stop exhibition use only!
