The angle of the scuttle, the shape of the wings at the front and the general lines suggest it might be an Arrow?

The comparison pictures on the ad show that the lower edge of the scuttle line reads through along the bonnet skirt hinge line. This does not appear to be the case with the Eastern Mail pic so perhaps the bonnet is from another model?

the area where the hood pivots is also different - less sharp in the Arrow.
Could it be an earlier effort?
Interesting that its remembered as re-bodied - could you buy Arrow bodies not as whole cars? Perhaps it was a damaged body at a scrapper.

UR 2865 has no doors - didn't most (if not all} Arrows have them?
