Lidl 5kg sandbags

Lidl are selling 'flexible weights' - 5kg sandbags for £6.99 that might work very well as a panel beater's sandbag.

I bought one to beat to a pulp rather than make a comment about the latest DVLA/FBHVC announcement.

I suppose it will depend on how hard wearing the neoprene is but still a lot cheaper than a leather one. It would need to be fairly tightly packed....

Nigel,

I use one of my wife's old handbags some can be quite large and made of leather last well, and they have a built in handle too.
I always ask first in case it's need again.
