Adjustable front brake cables

I understand the value of adjustable rear brake cables but I do not understand the value of an adjustable front brake cable.

Can anyone enlighten me?

The original car adj is fine if all, including the after market cable is exactly as new But many cars are specials, have alternative brakes, levers, layout etc. And in this counntry the convenient clamp type adjusters are not allowed. Neat original type cables can be made.
