Found this whilst organising the Carport.
For the life of me don't remember removing it, hence no idea what/where it goes, so need help please.
Geoff - Mud Wing repairs progressing, photos soon with luck.

I would suggest that it is the plug that screws out of the outer hub to allow greasing, see below:
Nope 
Rear hubs still intact as are the greasing plugs.
Need to check front ones.
Why the scallop?
