Anyone know Austin 7 Special Lita 750

Good afternoon,

I wondered if anyone could help with the history of an Austin 7 Special that seems to be known as a Lita 750 possibly built around 1960/61 with a spaceframe chassis by Press Tools/P&N Tool Co Ltd resembles a lotus 6.
Any help or pointers most appreciated.
