Great pic 'R' didn't realise how anonymous the 'Tramways Centre' has become, typical of Bristol wanting to airbrush every trace of the past from our historic streets. 0 out of 10 to Bristol Council, would you expect anything more? IanM

They do indeed Ian, and thanks to a group of Bristol bus enthusiasts who rescued the vehicle registration records from going into a skip, can now be requested at the Bristol Records Office to whom they were donated by said group. IanM

What was Dominion House originally? A Canadian connection perhaps or a bank? Pizza Hut and Caffe Nero and the like have taken on so many redundant bank buildings. The faux Tudor timber obviously went out of fashion and the frontage became anonymous.
So many historic features were not recognised and swept away in the 50's, 60's and 70's.
Prepare for more as the banks are determined to do away with as many branches as they can.
Plus ca change...
