Late model cross shaft parts

Here is a drawing of a late model cross shaft:

I am quite prepared to make my own felt washers will be able to find/modify the plain washers and circlips can be found however the three bushes marked with red arrows do not seem to be available (the green arrowed ones are). Again I can modify something else but am surprised none of our suppliers have the parts, unless hopefully I am wrong?

Re: Late model cross shaft parts

I make my own from zinc sheet, pretty simple to do and zinc sheet is not too hard to find as it is widely used in the roofing industry.

Re: Late model cross shaft parts

Thanks Ian,

I will see if the local plumbing supply can help with the zinc sheet, any idea what thickness you used?

Mark,

John Barlow advertises the material for the bushes as:

"Brake cross shaft bushes, small, medium and large
material only - £1.50"
