Been to a Rally over the weekend where it was mentioned that a couple of the A7 cars had been using 'Lucas Engine Oil Additive' to great effect in reducing oil consumption and making the engine run quieter.

It would seem this is a paste type additive and you add about a litre, or was it a pint to the engine oil in the car - expensive at c. £16 a litre - I think that's what I overheard, but the reduction in oil consumption was dramatic.

So the question is, has anybody else out there tried this additive and what results have you had?
