Great News

I am pleased to say that yesterday evening the newly rebuilt engine of my 1931 RM half saloon sprang into life for the first time in over 30 years.
Not quite a text book performance in that she(?) did not respond immediately, but after a bit of cleaning up of ignition connections and carb tweaking off she went.
Without a silencer she sounds like a 1930's racing car.
Many thanks to forum contributors for sharing their knowledge here.
And now for the bodywork....................
