Thank you - Re: 1933 A7 Engine options

Many thanks to all for the good advice regarding my rebuild. After reading all your suggestions I have decided to have a good quality rebuild using the original engine and brakes. After hearing all your stories I think this will be the sensible way to go.
I live near Evesham in Worcestershire, can anyone suggest a good restorer in my area.

Best wishes to all and I will keep you all informed as the project progresses.

Hi Paul

Glad to hear you are going to stick with whats there already! I'm sure you will be pleased with the results, and you will be enjoying a true vintage experience!
Just out of interest have you seen ebay item 160021005493? Hopefully this will put you off your original idea!!

Steve

How do you bore out a gearbox to 855CC?

Hi Steve,

It must be an Austin Seven because IT uses Austin Seven wheels !
