Magneto Engine Oil Fillers

The magneto engine is a lovely piece of engineering with the exception of the oil filler. What a pain.

I recall that various proprietary solutions to reduce the inconvenience were marketed over the years.
Does anyone have the details of them or any other mag engined oil filler solutions. I think that I might have to make some form of extended filler and would ideally like to copy a period modification.

Thanks

Charles

The Rolt had a coil engine filler held in by a tab welded to the pipe and fixed by a bolt into the spring clip tapping.Ausins themselves solved the problem on the 10 stud blown engines by having the filler at block level by the bell housing and a filler tube a la coil engine.

Thanks David.
In the absence of a genuine factory crankcase something like the Rolt adaptation looks on the cards.
The period aftermarket mods appear to all make the filler wider but don't increase the height much.
