Does anyone know whereabouts I might be able to get "Dome-Headed" nuts, preferably nickel plated or stainless steel to suits Sevens?

I needed a pair fro the hood frame pivots on my Chummy and found one of the suppliers of stainless steel motorcycle fasters on ebay could supply them in a pack of 4. You could try WVS/Fasteners.
If you just need a couple of 5/16 BSF ones in St St please let me have your address and I will post them to you. I don't require payment as plenty of people do me favours.

They do a fair bit of stainless steel, and BSW and BSF.

As previously mentioned there are a fair few nut/bolt suppliers on Ebay, so worth a look.

P.S. there is one of the original domed nuts on that stadium body i think. Its has a bead detail running round the nut between the dome and the hex, i have seen similar nuts on a nippy, somone told me it was to identify the brand (GKN i think)
