Radius Arms (Arrow Replica)

I bought this Arrow replica last October and have since discovered that it should be refered to as 'The Sparrow'. Many thanks to all those who have helped with tracing the history.
It has a 1934 chassis but the running gear is from a later model.

As can be seen from the photographs it is fitted with hydraulic brakes.
The radius arms have not been boxed in, should this be a priority?
Does the chassis also require boxing in?

Many thanks.

Re: Radius Arms (Arrow Replica)

You have a full Girling axle and radius arms on your car, radius arms of this type are good and strong and don't need boxing in. You don't need to box a chassis in on a car like yours, it was/is popular amongst racers.

Hope this helps and you enjoy your car!

Cheers

Can only echo what Ruairidh says. Leave it as it is and enjoy it.
