searching for big 7 limited edition austin BUS 798

a friend used to own from new a big 7 austin limited edition reg number BUS 798. She wonders what came of it.
First registered in 1938. Does anyone know of its history.

It looks as if the last time it was on the road was up to July 2002, it has not been 'taxed' since then according to the DVLA's web site (I know, Historic Vehicles are zero rated, at present, but Gordon's only just got in!!!).

You may be able to get details of the last recorded owner from the Registrar of the Big Seven Register.
