It seems to be a very early car, shallow 4 spoke steering wheel? is that a cut down windscreen frame? and what about the position of the hood pivot? unfortunately can't quite make out the reg. no.

Looks to me like a very early 1923 car but I think it's windscreen has been cut down and it's running boards taken off as there are no turn unders at the bottom of the wings. Hood pivot I think is in the correct place but there is a "lift the dot" catch a few inches along with a part of a cover or somthing. Nice shot though.....poor little car!
