Finding the correct paint colour

Hi! I am restoring a 1931 RN de luxe saloon and the body is now ready for the paint shop. Can anyone guide me as to where I can get the correct colour of maroon from or a colour swatch to have paint made up correctly? Thanks,

The Austin Seven Source Book (a must for anyones Christmas present list) gives ICI Belco Black 47%, Garnet Maroon 29%, Turkey Red Oxide 14% or Fiat Amaranth or Garnet Maroon.
I have just realised that the problem there is that the percentages only add up to 90%.
I used to own a 1931 Box that came with a tin of Fiat Amaranth for touch-up and the colour of that looked fine.
