More on carb's

The standard Zenith on my 1931 A7 simply will not allow the engine to drop from revs and tickover. This is really spoiling driving the car now and I need to sort it. Is it possible to change the carb' to a different type so that I can have better tickover and adjustment (keeping the original in a box of course)I don't want to have to make any other changes to accomadate different carb' if possible. If so recommendations for a good used item and how much money should I expect to pay for item. Thank you

Re: More on carb's

David,

as before, I reccomend Steve Hodgson, he does complete rebuilds at a very reasonable rate, is A7 specialised and a nice bloke too!

See previous posting for details, give him a ring, you'll not regret it.

Cheers

R

Happy 7'ing.
