Esso fuel

I went to a large Esso filling station in Bath, Somerset this evening (A4 London Road) intending to fill with super unleaded. The pump was clearly labelled 97 octane super unleaded and carried a label saying E10. This seems to go against the legislation that super will have no more than 5% ethanol content. Be careful!
