Can anyone on here tell me what the original GE Brooklands Gear Lever and Handbrake looked like?
Here is a photo of a GE Cup which seems to have the standard gear lever and an unusual cranked handbrake. Maybe its correct but it seems to me that the gear lever would be better modified to bring it closer to the driver rather than the handbrake. The gear lever gets used more frequently, but maybe not in the early uncoupled brake cars.
