Does anyone have a drawing or source of a gadget for carefully pulling a needle off its mounting? This would be really useful to aid stripping down an instrument for overhaul.

Just a quick update, I sourced some needles from Patrick Henry of Vintage Instruments. Here's a one fitted with a homemade face printed on cream paper and fitted into an original Smiths case replacing the scrap innards.
