Another mystery Seven

G'day all. Page 56 of this month's 'Practical Classics' shows a photo of an early Austin 7 purporting to be of 1924 vintage with a closed body. It is certainly early having steel radiator surround mounted 5" CAV headlamps in the coachbuilt style.
The car is the property of a Belgian ex-scrapyard owning collector.
