Re: Close ratio gear set.

But as we discussed before- this isn't a website for Andy Bird is it?
If in Australia I would suggest John Needham.

Re: Close ratio gear set.

The A7 world hasn't really caught up with emails yet, it's still not entirely sure if the telephone is a passing fad. Forget email, keep ringing, you'll get through eventually, there might be a preferred time to call, so change your time and day.

These are only small businesses, there isn't always a convenient wife to answer the phone whilst the work stuff is being done. If you can't get through they're busy, busy is good.

There is no correlation between being computer savvy, and building gearboxes.

Re: Close ratio gear set.

I have an Andy Bird built close ratio gear box in the special and have found it to give excellent service. It gets thrashed regularly. Speaking to Andy I have found him to be very helpful and accommodating. His prices are very reasonable too.
A very satisfied customer.
